Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been captured on CCTV drinking vodka while out partying at a Washington DC nightclub.

The Mean Girls star checked into rehab three times last year following her arrest for two separate DUI incidents.

Reports that the 22-year-old has fallen off the wagon emerged seven months after a previous alleged relapse.

The footage is said to show Lohan in a dark corner of a club sneaking vodka and Red Bull into a glass before drinking its contents.

The actress is currently rumoured to be experiencing difficulties in her relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson.

Lindsays father had some charity boxing match lined up next week. The estranged father had auctioned off the chance to fight him with the proceeds going to charity. Well the highest bidder was not Lindsay, it was a long island business man. Well the plug has been pulled on the fight because he is still on parole for assault from 2004. "A parole rep said We do not feel that participating in a violent activity, such as celebrity boxing is appropriate for his rehabilitation." Its too bad that could have been interesting.
