After moving in together a month ago, Hollywood couple Cameron Diaz and Paul Schulfor are reportedly ready to take their relationship to the next level and have plans to get married.

The 'Charlie's Angels' actress and her model boyfriend Schulfor are also planning to bring their families together to talk about the details. A friend of the couple told Ace Showbiz that the pair are having a wonderful time together and are really serious about making the relationship work.

"They're playing house in a serious way - both openly admit marriage scares them but they are very much in love and the subject has come up. They have plans for a round of family meetings in the near future and the betting is that a proposal is imminent.

"This relationship is something very special and they are both taking it very seriously indeed," the source said. Diaz and Sculfor had kept their yearlong romance under wraps until in June 2008 when they stepped out together on dinner date.

Diaz is among the few actresses who has dated almost all the big names in Hollywood including George Clooney, Jim Carrey and most recently singer Justin Timberlake.
